Fredrick Alimonti
Co-Founder
Fredrick (Rick) Alimonti is a seasoned trial attorney, mediator, and educator with over three decades of experience litigating and resolving complex, high-exposure disputes, with particular depth in aviation law, product liability, and insurance-related litigation. As Co-Founder of Summit ADR Academy, LLC, he helps develop and lead immersive training programs designed to elevate negotiation, mediation, and conflict management across legal and insurance sectors.
Mr. Alimonti is the founding member of Alimonti Law Offices, P.C., where he has represented leading airlines, aviation manufacturers, insurers, and other corporate clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution throughout the U.S. and internationally. His practice spans catastrophic loss, wrongful death, insurance coverage disputes, and transportation-related claims, and he continues to serve as both a litigator and neutral.
Since 2011, Mr. Alimonti has been a certified mediator on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York’s Mediation Panel and was appointed to its inaugural Mediation Advisory Committee. He is recognized for his strategic, hands-on approach to resolving disputes and is often selected in high-sensitivity or high-complexity cases.
